Overview of Project

John Holland contracted SpeedPro Civil for concrete work at a Corrections Victoria facility, completed in two packages.  

Package 1 involved excavating, reinforcing, and pouring 160 perimeter wall pad footings, placing 2,000 linear meters of anti-dig beams along the prison boundary, and pouring 1,100m³ of VicRoads specification concrete with 50 tonnes of reinforcement.  

Package 2 included excavating, forming, reinforcing, and pouring 6,000m² of raft and beam slabs; constructing 1,200m² of suspended slabs, incorporating cell beds, stairs, garden beds, mechanical plinths, and hobs; and completing 15 pours for ground slabs and 5 pours for suspended slabs.
