My greatest achievement is to have been able to pass on the skills I’ve learnt over the past 40 years specifically in reference to good work practise, honesty, integrity and respect for the next Speedpro generation.
Very proud to have contributed to some of the biggest projects and superstructures in Melbourne. We have great respect for our suppliers and subcontractors as they are an integral part of our success as are our entire Speedpro team both project-based personnel and those within our office and yard, we wouldn’t be able to achieve these milestones without all of these people playing an important role of supporting each other and working together to achieve a common goal.

Originally from Ireland, Pat moved to Australia in 2011, bringing with him a degree in Construction Management. He joined Speedpro in June 2013 as a Project Manager, where he played a pivotal role in project management and estimating. Over the years, Pat’s dedication and leadership skills have driven his growth within the company, and he now serves as our Commercial Manager, overseeing operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. Pat’s depth of experience and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Luke Vearing has been immersed in the construction industry since 2001, starting his career as a concreter. Growing up surrounded by all things concrete, it’s no surprise that Luke found his passion in this field.
After joining Speedpro in 2006, he has been an integral part of the team ever since. After leaving school early, Luke pursued Construction Management studies through night school, demonstrating his commitment to personal and professional growth. Over the years, Luke has worked his way up from concrete finisher and foreman to his current role as Construction Manager. Luke believes that building strong relationships along with effective networking are an essential skill set for success in the ever-demanding world of construction. Luke’s hands-on experience and strategic leadership make him a key player in delivering projects at Speedpro.

Clint Grundy brings 20 years of invaluable experience in both the Melbourne and European construction industries to his role as General Manager at Speedpro.
With a strong academic foundation, Clint holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, with a Master’s in Business and Property. His career has seen him excel in various roles, including Site Engineer, Contract Administrator, and Project Manager. Clint joined Speedpro in 2011, where his diverse expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. His well-rounded background and strategic vision continue to shape Speedpro’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects across the board.

As Office Manager, Rebekah keeps everything connected and running seamlessly behind the scenes, from handling payroll and financial transactions to managing systems and IT.
She plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting management with essential reporting and documentation. Having a proactive approach and attention to detail she is an indispensable part of the team.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry and 17 years at Speedpro, Garen brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to our team.
He began his career as a qualified landscaper before transitioning into roles as a labourer, concrete finisher, and foreman—each step shaping his deep understanding of the field. Over time, Garen moved into coordinating operations, and for the past 10 years, he has served as our trusted Operations Manager. His hands-on experience and commitment to excellence have played a key role in Speedpro’s growth and continued success.
