Overview of Project
The concreting included pouring 64 pad footings with HD bolts and 1,400 linear meters of strip footings to a tight tolerance for gantry crane operation. A 15,000m² non-slip factory floor with deep thickenings, incorporating continuous rails for precast form movement, was also poured. Due to the large concrete volume required, the factory floor was poured in nine pours, utilising two pumps per pour and twin truck feeds per pump.
