Overview of Project

Associated Builders contracted SpeedPro Civil for the construction of 8,500m² of post-tensioned container storage at an Owens Transport facility. Over 3,000m³ of concrete was poured in seven pours, averaging 450m³ per pour, using a two-pump system. We completed all pours within six weeks, employing dual-grade laser screeds to maintain strict tolerances. Pour days began at 4:00 am to ensure a concrete supply rate of 120m³ per hour. We also supplied and manufactured all specialised armoured joints for the project.
