Overview of Project

Laing O’Rourke/Fulton Hogan contracted SpeedPro civil for concrete work on an LXRA project. The scope included structural pads with holding-down bolts, strip footings and columns (FRP), pile caps, ground slabs, suspended slabs, ramps, and large stairways. Modular station platform slabs were formed and reinforced off-site to expedite construction and then received FRP treatment. In situ concrete walls and retaining walls, some with architecturally finished forms, were also constructed. A substantial portion of the work was completed during 24/7 occupation, and we maintained a perfect safety record throughout, with no personnel injuries.
