Overview of Project

SpeedPro civil completed concrete work at Monash University’s Technology and Design (TEd) Building in Clayton for Lend Lease. The project encompassed forming, reinforcing, and pouring over 20,000m² of concrete, including slab on the ground, conventional suspended slabs, composite metal deck slabs, and hollow-core screeds. This five-level building’s concrete structure was completed in six months, leading to our team being awarded the subsequent feature walls and stairs external works package.
