Overview of Project
The scope of work by Grocon included placing and finishing concrete for hobs, upstands, walls, scissor stairs, columns, plinths, and footings. Approximately 95,000m² of slabs, screeds, and secondary slabs were placed and finished. Intricate pours that included ramps, bridges, and on-grade slabs to match existing levels, were also completed. All work was finished within a tight structural program, with approximately 45,000m³ of concrete poured in 12 months.
