Overview of Project
Scentre Group contracted SpeedPro Civil for concrete work, including 520 pad footings with HD bolts, 700 linear meters of strip footings, and a total floor area of 30,500m². 6,000m² of floors were polished concrete, 15,000m² were BOH burnished and vinyl, and the remaining 9,500m² encompassed loading docks, suspended mezzanine floors, and plant rooms. The centre’s retailers include Coles, Woolworths, Target, Aldi, and 70 specialty stores.
