Overview of Project
SpeedPro Civil’s work involved unloading and installing 1,375 precast derailment kerb panels on the elevated rail corridor and fixing approximately 1,150 tonnes of reinforcement, including electrical continuity welding. 15,877 ferrules were cast in to bond the rail plinths to the deck. SpeedPro Civil also placed and finished 10,227m² of suspended concrete rail corridor slabs, formed, reinforced, and poured 74 Super T diaphragms, and formed and installed 214 drainage cover plates.
Given the project’s tight deadlines, our team implemented multiple work fronts and utilised crews working day and night, up to seven days a week, during occupation periods. Through proactive planning, SpeedPro Civil successfully met all productivity requirements and delivered a quality product within the allocated timeframe.
