Overview of Project

This Downer’s contract included excavating, forming, reinforcing, and pouring 178 pad footings. Some of these footings measured up to 10m x 3m x 0.8m and required two sets of HD bolts, all installed within a tight tolerance of +/- 5mm. To expedite the process, given the number and size of the footings, SpeedPro civil prefabricated the reinforcement cages, placing the HD bolt sets loosely inside for on-site setting. This approach significantly reduced on-site steel fixing time.
