Overview of Project

Associated Builders contracted SpeedPro civil for concrete work at a Heinz/WattiesDC warehouse. The project entailed pouring 8,500m² of internal, post-tensioned (PT) warehouse slabs in six pours, including four recessed loading docks. We subcontracted VSL for PT design and installation, ensuring a seamless project flow, on-time delivery, and high-quality results. Early pour start times, a two-pump twin feed arrangement, and a Laser Screed Services LXP laser screed were used. The slabs were then burnished to a high standard using the ride-on trowel machines.
