Airtrunk – Shell K

Overview of Project

Following the successful delivery of Shell L and Shell J, Speedpro Civil was once again engaged for the Shell K stage of the Airtrunk data centre expansion, continuing our reputation for precision, efficiency, and innovation in suspended slab construction.

Scope of Works:

• Delivered 3 levels of suspended slab concrete placement, each spanning approximately 2,500 m².
• Supplied, placed, and finished all slabs using line dragons and laser screed technology to ensure flatness and accuracy.
• Installed approximately 100mm of screed over hollow core planks across all levels to achieve +/- 3mm tolerance.
• Completed off-form 24 wet joints, including reinforcement placement, formwork, concrete pour, stripping, and patching.
