Works were completed over 2 separate packages.

Package 1:

- Excavate, reinforce and pour 160 perimeter wall pad footings;

- Place 2,000lm of anti dig beams to the perimeter of the prison boundary;

- In total, 1,100m3 of VicRoads Spec concrete was poured and 50 tonne of reinforcement used.

Package 2:

 -Excavate, form, reinforce and pour 6,000m2 of raft and beam slabs;

- 1,200m2 of suspended slabs along with cell beds, stairs, garden beds, mechanical plinths and hobs;

-A total of 15 pours for ground slabs and 5 pours for suspended slabs
