Works Completed:

- Excavated, form, reinforce and poured 178 pad footings, some up to 10m x 3m x 0.8m with 2 sets of HD bolts;

- All HD bolts had very low tolerances of +/- 5mm.

Due to the number and size of the pad footings, Speedpro decided to have the reinforcement cages prefabricated with HD bolts sets placed loose inside the cage to be set on site. This saved significant time as it eliminated nearly all steel fixing required on site.
